Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with a pool, whirlpool, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Guests of this villa enjoy access to a pool, which is open all year round. The property is located close to the beach. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that there is ongoing building work in the area, though all major construction has been completed. This property features a convenient self-check-in system. A shuttle service to the airport is available (for a corresponding fee for groups of up to 4 people and for groups of more than 4). Guests are asked to contact the host directly to arrange the service. For guests requiring the pool to be heated there will be a surcharge for a 7 night stay and an extra charge per day after 7 nights. The owner must be advised in advance that this service is required.
